• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with another member of our team to deliver outstanding aftercare support.

Requirements:

• Dedication to the role and willingness to work away from home as required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong collaborative skills.
• Proven ability to resolve issues independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Possession of a valid driving license is highly advantageous.
